Refund and Returns Policy

At Fabulous Crete, we provide guided tours and memorable experiences to travelers exploring the legendary island of Crete, Greece. Our team meticulously plans each destination to ensure a great time for our clients. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances beyond your control may require changes to your travel plans. That’s why we’ve implemented a thorough cancellation policy to provide clarity and fairness to both our clients and partners.

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING:

If you decide to cancel your booking, certain cancellation charges will be applied. Specifically, these charges are determined based on the date when a written notification is received by Fabulous Crete or their authorized agent. They are calculated as a percentage of the total tour price, inclusive of any applicable surcharges, or the non-refundable deposit – whichever amount is greater. Also, it is important for clients to be aware of these cancellation terms and conditions prior to booking to avoid any potential inconvenience or misunderstanding later on. In this way, our cancellation policy ensures that we can honor commitments made to our partners and guides while also respecting the time and effort invested in preparing for your tour.

For multi-day packages:

• If cancellation is made 45 days before your arrival or departure, a total refund of the amount paid will be issued.
• If cancellation is made 20 days before your arrival or departure will result in a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
• If cancellation is made less than 20 days before your arrival or departure, unfortunately, no refund will be provided.

For daily tours:

• Should you need to cancel, notifying us at least 24 hours before the tour starts will entitle you to a full refund.
• Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time.
